In the same room of The Rat and the Mouse that Joseph and his compatriots had recently searched for clues, Sharki was addressing his two cohorts.

  “I think it is time that we left this village.  The key has been passed on, the collection will be made by the interested party when the time is right, in the meantime the purchase is safe in the garage.  It is doubtful there will be anything more for us to do here on Rangor’s behalf.
  But, before we go, there is one more thing we have to do to leave a clean trail behind us, and that is to call in the cleaner.”
